My Meals are Better than Your Meals

One of the biggest misconceptions to regulating and improving your diet is that you must sacrifice taste. As I have said many times over again, I will put my simple dishes against any of you high calorie, high carb, Atkins BS diet meals anytime. I guarantee you that you will pass out from the taste explosion that can be created without salt, sugar, butter, cholesterol and all the other killers.

Days before I started the INSANITY Workout. I have already been on a strict low carb, low protein, low sodium, low potassium diet for 3 weeks but haven't started any work out plan yet. I want to see the improvement from week to week as I begin to shape this flab and loose skin.



Getting for 1st day of Training at new job.

This is why I started this diet. I was attempting to begin a new career as a professional chauffeur and I failed the Nevada DOT (Dept of Transportation) physical due to my Diabeties, Hypertension, Renal (kidney) Failure and traces of Blood in my Urine.

After 14/15 days of dieting my body took on a dramatic transformation and I was able to pass the same exact physical with flying colors.

The amazing part is that last year it took me 6 months for my doctor to notice the change in my health. To me this is proof that you must never give up and to always keep trying.

This is the 1st Video of many documenting my road to change. I have never been big on attempting to lose weight but with getting older and my body giving out me...I decided it was time to make a change.

I would like to add that I am not dieting to lose weight but my motivation is to increase my health and physical performance. I no longer want to be winded when I play with my kids or nieces and nephews and most importantly...I would like to around to see them continuously growing older.
